Zoe Jordan is a PhD student in International Relations at the University of Pennsylvania. She is interested in international security with a focus on China-South Asia security relations and the role of information in conflict. Zoe's regional focus is on Chinese politics, especially related to censorship and information control. Prior to starting her PhD, Zoe worked at the Council on Foreign Relations and the Henry L. Stimson center on China-South Asia relations and South Asian security. Zoe was previously a Yenching Scholar at Peking University where she received a master's in China studies (international relations), and received her bachelor's degree in Global China Studies from New York University Shanghai.
