Zoe Jordan

Zoe Jordan is a doctoral student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests include international security and Chinese politics, focusing on civil-military relations in the PRC, the People's Liberation Army, and information control in authoritarian regimes.  Prior to Penn, Zoe worked at the Council on Foreign Relations and Henry L. Stimson Center on China-South Asia relations and South Asian security.  Zoe was previously a Yenching Scholar at Peking University where she received a master's degree in China Studies, and received her bachelor's degree in Global China Studies from New York University Shanghai.
