I am a Ph.D. student in Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania, where I am also part of the Penn Development Research Initiative (PDRI). My main research interests are related to the political economy of development, with a regional focus on Latin America. More broadly, I am interested in Comparative Politics and Methodology. At Penn I work under the supervision of Guy Grossman and Dorothy Kronick.
Before starting my doctoral studies I obtained a Master in Economics from the University of Michigan, a Master in Economics and majors in Economics and Mathematics from Universidad de los Andes.
