Minh Nam Pham (Nam) is a doctoral student at the Department of Political Science. He is focusing on International Relations and Comparative Politics. Before joining Penn, Nam earned a BA in International Social Sciences from the University of Tsukuba (Japan) and a Master of International Affairs (MIA) from the University of California San Diego.
